Scanning over push or any other problematic push on the floor usually narrows it down to which team was responsible. Two cases of product pushed in a location that only holds one case and it came in on the truck that morning? Flow. No deliveries showing but an afternoon Auto pull the day before? Sales floor (day or night). The problem is identifying which Team Member it was.

Smart huddle til 9am every dang morning unless they feel nice. Usually zone or reshop with someone filling endcaps but sometimes push, especially if its a double truck day.
