The complete AE guide is now published on Workbench. They're calling it something different now, but it's one of the links at the top where the Q4 link was.

There was no mention that I could see for an SFS TL position.

All ETL-Ops positions are going to become ETL-Salesfloor positions.

The 374 stores without a VML are going to get a VMTM, who will be paid like a TL yet still report to a TL (I think).

Individual store org charts have also been updated and can be viewed under store reports. On mine they removed the Starbucks TL position and added a Food TL and a Visual Merchandising TM (interestingly listed under the TL headcount). Knowing my store, they will ignore most of that and continue to keep a separate CTL and SBTL.

So does this mean the ETL OPs will turn into an ETL SF orrrrrr...

That's exactly what it means. The Ops in ETL-Ops stands for Salesfloor Operations. So they are just removing the word operations from their title and turning the role into a salesfloor ETL.

Okay makes sense. I found it on WB and I'm going through it as I type. Really unsure what's going to happen to me -FATL- now that they combined

Check your Org chart under store reports. It will show all of the TL positions your store should have.

Yeah every store in my district is going to 4am including the hv stores.

What's even worse is how difficult it will be to get equipment with so much overlap between 4 am and 9 am.
Is this for stores that were over night or 6 am stores going back to 4am?

Yes they are making it so there are less stores classified as ULV (therefore allowing more stores to go from 6AM to 4AM) and raising the sales for the O/N threshold (making stores go from O/N to 4AM). It honestly makes sense because most stores within these ranges take 3-7 trucks/week for most of the year. If you can do a single trailer at 4AM 4 times a week, you should be able to do 7 (a single is a single no matter how many you have). I could see O/N status for stores that take 7 or more on a regular basis as doubles would be difficult.

Even during slow times we avg 6-9 trucks a week.
Don't think my store could handle losing ON.

We weren't ulv, but I was betting on them fighting a year round 4am. We moved a month late during 4th quarter. Dtl had to strong arm it.

I did it; still shows ETL OPs. I was wondering if it was old but the food service TL is there and it shows 2017 under the link.

That's the title for the TL in charge of Starbucks and Target Cafe.
We have one for each. Just waiting for a meeting to be held to see what their plan is. Starbucks TL mentioned to me they were going to learn market/consumables and asked if I was. Also, the ETL-SF isn't too happy about the changes. More area to cover but the ETL-GE didn't do a great job, so we'll see how they do. Plus I think it wouldn't be so bad if the ETL-OPs takes on SF now.

You won't have one for each anymore. There are creative ways to do it. One will be food service tl and one may end up a senior food tl.

Another store in our district has that and they're doing terrible. I Highly doubt it since neither of us express interest and we already have two SRTL filling the headcount, but I for sure know they're going to switch people around just hope it's not me

I took a look at our organization chart and it does show that PA is going away and being replaced by a Food Assistant. As someone previously posted, PA and FA and are apparently the same thing but am not sure. Our Starbucks TL is not thrilled with the added responsibility of running Market.

PA and FA are the same pay grade so it's kind of semantics

On our store head count page, it shows no "Signing Specialist/Signing Team Member". Should I be worried, is it just because every store has a Signing TM so it goes without saying.

Seeing a store without a Signing TM would be hilarious however.
