Today i recognized a fellow tl for going the extra inch and providing a guest with an amazing moment 🙂

Our TMs are doing pelvic thrusts each time someone mentions extra inch on the walkie. Which is about every 8 minutes.

i'm getting really tired of hearing about this 'vibe' ****. to me, it was like this new unexplained guest experience crap that (even while i work 40 hours a week) still have no idea about, and nor do i care. "team, did anyone get that *vibe* today?" ... what? what are you talking about? but seriously, i'd rather drive sales than recognize my personal "vibe" with a guest while helping them find something.

I was told about those today! They are given by new hires to trainers. I will take 3 of them, please. I had 3 trainees this weekend.

I will ignore all this fastidious fool's play & concentrate on doing what I've always done: treat my guests kindly when possible & refrain from dragging others off into the walk-in.
