Archived Anniversary gift?

Was reading this thread because I just recently achieved 5 years at Target. Haven't received anything, not even recognition from ETLs. Kind of typical of our store though.

I got a$25 GC for 5 years. This was last month.

Don't take the watch. The band is sized for Sasquatch and as far as I could tell is not adjustable. Actually the band doesn't matter - the watch quit running a few months after I put in my dresser drawer. Now it's in the landfill where it belongs.

With my current employer we get a pen (worth $200) and at the 10 year we get a choice of current tablet ($600 max).

At Target, our store gave out nothing for 5 year and free mustache rides for 10.

A $200 pen? WTF? How about they just give me $200, I can think of many things better to buy for $200 than a fucking pen.

I just realized my 10 yr anniversary was 4 months ago, around that time I went on a LOA, has anyone recently reeived a gift for 10 yr anniversary? I dont want to go in and ask about it, and be embarrassed when they said i got nothing. can you even receive an anniversary gift while on a medical LOA?
