It's one thing if this need to move is sudden and urgent and you had absolutely no idea about it until now--life happens, most halfway competent leaders understand that, and if the other store needs TMs, they'd probably prefer to take on a transfer--even one with less than 90 days of experience--over a completely new hire. But if this move was on your radar during your interview and you kept it a secret, I'd expect leaders to be unimpressed to say the least. Target doesn't like to transfer problem TMs between stores, and unfortunately, if you're already reneging on understandings established during your interview less than 90 days ago, it's going to take more than a squirt of Goo Gone to get the "problem TM" label off.
