Yo so today I rung up an employee for about 2 dollars worth of candy. I noticed he was acting strange and nervous, but didn’t think of much at the time. After a long shift today, I came home and realized that was extremely shady, the guy had a backpack. My next shift is in 3 days so I will talk to the ap then. I do not really remember the time this occurred, but I could probably give like a 4 hour range. Also I forgot the employees name. Would the ap take the time to watch the footage or just focus on the present

In my experience, AP takes internals very seriously, even if it's just a sketchy-type thing that a TM happened to witness about another TM. If you feel that the transaction felt strange as well as the behavior, go ahead and tell the AP every detail you can recall. It could be something, it could be nothing. Either way, you followed your instincts.

They'll look it up on the camera and see what happened. My AP is usually happy to have an excuse to watch the cameras.
