Availability Change and PTO/Sick Pay Balance

A fellow TMs availability change was completely denied without explanation even though it didn't change much.

Will TMs be able to add an explanation to why the want the change like in the previous version of My Time?

Will TMs also be able to see their PTO and/or Sick Pay balance without looking at their paycheck?

Finally this TM told me that her other job those two things are under Workday.
