I wouldn't do it personally. Getting a tip is just HR policy. You most likely wouldnT get fired not unless your leadership team has it out for you. AP has to watch every single team memeber in the store weekly. Most of are day is following team members on camera. Team members still steal and wonder why they get caught.

ASANTS. We don't follow team members often, only when we've been tipped off or have had some... interesting transactions.

Everyone does or should know it's against policy. Regardless, there are going to be those customers who are insistent

My suggestion is to donate the money on behalf of the customer. Do something good with it and pay it forward.
