Archived Becoming a TL

I've been at spot for 5 months and a position for a TL on the bench opened up. I inquired about it and will be meeting with my TL soon to discuss it. Can anyone give some insight into the interview process and what a TL does? I have a bachelor's degree and I wanna say that will help me but I'm not sure.

I've been wanting to try to climb the ladder at Target. I read it is hard but our old AP ETL made the climb from TM to ETL so I know it is possible.

I'm liked by my TL's. I think one TL has a love for me it seems. Whether they like me enough to support my advancement into a TL role, I'm not sure. I'm hoping to find that out though soon.

If the open position is in your store get with your TL and ETL over the department and share your interest then speak with you Stl about it see if you need more devlopment or if they believe you are ready will prep you for interviews soon.
