I've been working with the company for about 2 and a half years now and have been a PA for almost a year now. As many of you know a PA position is a promotion position and have a bit more power than a regular TM. I was wondering due to this position being a bit higher, what other Job opportunities would be good coming off as a PA ? Like I wouldn't want to downgrade to another job and make less money so is there any other job anyone knows would hire me for a higher position due to me having experience in supervising a department ?

Not likely. Your official title of "Perishables Assistant" is not going to be treated as management experience. Being a PA gives you a particular skillset that may help in a similar role, but not a supervisory one. You should definitely always find things you've done that demonstrate leadership qualities for any interview, however. That's one situation where it's better to be narcissistic and talk yourself up.
