Hello! This will be my first Black Friday here at Target so I was wondering do the stores prep Wednesday night into Thursday (thanksgiving day) morning or does the team come in Thursday (thanksgiving) night to do things like hang the ad, put up all the end caps, and stock all the merchandise? Thanks for the help! Very fast responses from ya'll!

I am assuming you are flow. Its unpack the BF truck when it arrives. I have seen Flow teams come around closing Wednesday, in the afternoon, or the hours before BF opening. Some times they come in Thanksgiving in the evening work the truck and leave.
Most of the hot items will go on tubs or pallets and placed around the racetrack, fitting rooms, or random locations around the store. All the high risk items (usually Electronics) will go to Electronics desk.
Wednesday: Its really just a project to get the store zoned so the aisles are clear, and the hot items can be placed.
