Archived Bonuses??

At the DC do we get some kind of annual bonus?

I suspect GLs and higher do, but we don't get anything other than OT and our annual wage survey raise.

You get a bonus if you don't qualify for a pay raise and if your building dose well.

This is something that went into effect last year.

I think it's due to some kind of tax loophole were a company can stash alot of cash to build interest and then give out meager bonuses as a condition. I could be wrong on this though.. Should fact check for sure...
