New to the site and Target community. I've been a team member since June and I was just recently offered to be a "brand" electronics member. We're remodeling and the current brand electronics member is moving to produce. What is the difference between me right now, a team member, and a "brand" member?
My attachment thing has been pretty good. Since I've started my year to date is 104%.
The problem is that I feel uber confident in getting attachments and such but I'm not an electronics "nerd" per say and I just finagle my way around with semantics and sales jargon.
What's more important as a brand dude: Know your stuff or attach that stuff?
