Any chance the "no cart" thing is a R300 thing? We seem to have some "specialized" rules. Not bad rules, just different from other Regions.

No as our store is in R300 and we don't have this rule. The worst cart complaint I heard was when the regional VP noticed I had a trader joes basket in the back room that I used for setting pog (i had it badged. Yes a homeless person left it on our parking lot. Still haven't figured how it got to our store as the nearest trader joes is miles away)
Had to kick the tiny red basket out. I was sad.

Odds are, they will bring them back, but refer to them as "N" racks.
