Hah! I should have done that. 2 ETLs were hanging out while I was doing mine and I’m like 90% sure one was staring at the screen while I was selecting my answers. Major awkward when I hit disagree for most things
the ones about your direct lead... would that have been about your tls or your direct etl? i answered that one amazingly because my tls are great just to be on the safe side, but i wasn’t 100% sure if it was my etl ge or gstls.

Our HR/office assistant or whatever you call it was hovering around when I was taking mine, and I noticed she was doing it to the TM who took theirs on that computer before me. She was even opening packs of paper and putting them in the printer and other places in a very slow manner to make it look like she wasn't watching me. Bitch, I can see you out of my peripherals, I know what you're doing.
TBH i took that when i made my account cause i drank a bit much kool aid and believed it would just be another roll out thing and thats why my hours were cut. after the realization crept in, the job responsibilities went up, hours shrunk, etc. i would change mine to no at this point. the idea of accountability and training i was on for BUT their model when explained to us by the last amangement team we had DOES NOT match what this has become. its like a gremlin..it went from gizmo to stripe overnight.
If you’re a team member, the questions are about your TL. If you’re a TL, you’re rating your ETL or STL if you’re in a Small Format. ETLs are rating the STL etc.
I flat out asked why we had to use our logins this time around as we never had to before. They said, "oh, that's just how we have to get into EHR now, it's not going to take your info for this." Still suspicious. I was kind of afraid to be honest, but I still was.
My hr did the same thing.
Basically everyone on this thread has stated that they were brutally honest, regardless of the "anonymity". Just chatting about the dubiousness of the survey, nothing wrong with that dude.
