Hey there!
So, I got a new phone a little while ago and I can log in to mytime and all that just fine, but logging in to workday is a pain in the butt. It wants to send me a push notification to the CA Mobile Authenticator app and on my last phone I was able to get into the CA Mobile Authenticator App just fine. Now it's asking for a QR code or if I choose to do it manually, the Provisioning URL, User Identifier, and Activation Code. I don't have a QR code, does anyone have any of the rest of that stuff? For whatever reason workday's two factor login only lets me us a Push Notif from CA Mobile Authenticator or a phone call. If you can tell me how to change the options for two factor authentication I'd be willing to do that too. Just... Help Please?
