Archived Can someone actually have 40 hour avarage?

I'm scheduled 40 hrs a week as a PA. My avg is 35.5. All TLs and PAs in my store get scheduled exactly 40.

TL's, AP and PMT are the only ones scheduled for 40 hours a week.

Asants. I am scheduled 40hrs every week i don't take extra time off. I got 40hrs as a PA as well. That's been three years now...

My average hours shows as 40. Even after taking nearly two weeks of vacation in February my average still never dropped below 40.

During 4th quarter overtime was approved for our AP team because we were under budget for the year. I was working 10 hour days at times during the month of December. Not sure if the overtime is what caused my average to stay at 40 but I know it didn't cause it to go above 40.

Padding your hours with vacation/sick hours does NOT increase your average btw.

I beg to differ... My check says avg hours 40.0 and i use vacation to keep me at 40 every week.
