ORG chart means Organizagtional Chart, which basically is a chart showing who all of your superiors are, TL up to STL.
I've never heard of either of these things, despite being with Target for two years. What are they, and how do they impact stores?

Surprised you have an ETL-OPS, must have something to do with you being a High Risk store?

Must be because no way a D-vol would have an ETL-AP too.

Not sure what letter volume this would make my store. I know we're ULV.

STL
ETL - HR
ETL - Logistics
ETL - Hardlines
ETL - Softlines
ETL - AP

Sr. TL - Backroom/Instocks
Sr. TL - Presentation/Pricing

Looks like an Org Chart 2 so B or C? Possibly in an area with unique theft trends as most Org Chart 2's would have an APL/APTL instead of an ETL-AP

Wow our STL needs to find out how we can get this many TLs! We are the same volume and are allocated alot less than that!

You must be a lower org chart then. Though you'd think stores of the same volume would use the same org chart (with exceptions for high risk, etc.).

I don't understand how some of your stores have 3 HL TL's and 1 SL. That sounds awful for Softlines.

One thing I've heard from visiting etl's and dtl is that they are amazed at how much we do with so few people. We're all crossed trained and everyone does a little bit of everything.

It's not so bad in soft lines depending on how good your "Brand Team" is. If you have a solid brand team it's almost like having 3 other Team Leaders....

We actually have five for hardlines, but two of them are SrTLs and one is also the Instocks TL, so they don't count. We have two for softlines, but we have a bunch of Brand TMs who handle a lot. Like STL said, having a good Brand Team helps.

Ok I found out that we are a C volume org chart 1, though we are bordering on 2.

As for Brand tm's... I guess I am the market and we have 1 for cosmetics.

My needs attention are two of our brand tms sooo :(. I feel like we (me and the other TL) do all the work that goes above zoning. Too much work, not enough people to do it.
