I'm Lost! Changing openstock location to casepack

I have some locations in the backroom that are pulling things like they are openstock but I want to change the location to be casepacks. How do I do this?

Group
Select open stock/uppercase/ lowercase/remote/receiving
Enter locations
Done

In particular I need to change the higher shelves above my WACO's. So once I'm in backroom location management and hit group which one do I select? And just so I know what's the difference between uppercase and lowercase? Never heard those terms used to describe things in the backroom?

The difference is:

Uppercase: Casepack locations above your Waco’s

Lowercase: Casepack locations below your Waco’s

The only real importance in differentiating these locations is for pathing when you pull. If you need to regroup your Casepack locations above your Waco’s you want to select uppercase locations
