So tomorrow night I am working my first time in consumables. What is the typical process and expectations for a closing shift in the icy tundra?

What you'll be doing may vary depending on the length of your shift and how your store schedules the closing team. At my store, the market closer is responsible for zoning all of market and filling milk, bananas, etc. as needed. On weekends, they also push the 5:00 P-Fresh CAFs.
