Archived Does your planogram team respond to back up, guest service calls, etc etc?

Only the newer people on our plano team are cashier trained. But usually they don't have walkies. I'm usually the only sales floor coverage until about 2, so I normally do backups or switch off with the Instocks team. If I see any of the plano or flow teams that are trained, I'll call them out if I'm with a guest or just not in a place that I can get up to checklanes quickly.
Only the pricing TL has a walkie so we rarely see them for backups unless they are close by.
