Archived Dropped? Or apparently not~pay attention to your coverage~rant

Got a call from the dentist today telling me that my plan ended 3 weeks ago. What?

Called pay and benefits and they said that it just mysteriously disappeared. So now I'm enrolled again, but they want me to pay for the 3 weeks where the system apparently dropped me. I guess I'll have to go in and look at my pay stubs just to be sure, but Jesus Christ. Come on, Target.

The question is were you charged on your Paycheck. If you were dropped, ask spot insurance for a copy of formal letter & who requested it. Make spot pay for it.

I looked and was not charged and they are making me pay for the weeks where I technically had no coverage. I assume that is because come hell or high water, spot would have had to pay for it if something happened because of their glitch. I can't think of another reason.

Happened to me a couple of years ago. They also dropped my no smoker status too. Now I check it out once a month.
