Archived DTL/GTL/HRBP Email?

How would someone go about emailing their DTL/GROUP TEAM LEADER/ HR DTL or etc?

Yeah, I wouldn't. It will only get you in trouble for not using the chain of command or using the hotline number. I don't think they want to be bothered by us.
