Guys. It finally happened. After six months of working in retail, someone finally asked me, "Do you guys make [x]?" about an electronics item.

One time a customer asked me if we made commission. If that was the case, you'd think maybe I'd be a little more motivated to sell him that vacuum and maybe actually know something about it.
