Ok, so I've been having this problem for the longest time. When I login to eHR at home I get the message "An error has occured" with a small little e6 on the bottom 3rd of the screen. This doesn't happen when I login from the computers at spot. Before they redesigned eHR, I used to be able to get in by just logging in repeatedly and it would work, now I can't do that it seems.

I've tried to login on Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari, and even on Android. Nada.

I asked HR and they said they can't do anything and I even called the CSC and they said they can't do anything.

Anyone else experience this and figure out a fix?

That's because you can't access eHR from anywhere except the on-site computers. Just go into TSC and use one of the computers there.

I know they disabled it shortly after the security breach but about 4-5 months ago they re-enabled it again from home.

It works perfectly fine at home.

I want to be able to have digital/pdf versions of pay statements. Apparently the computers block web mail so I can't just email myself the pay statements.

I'm able to access my schedule from home on mytime. But you can't do anything except see the schedule.

For EHR I can see pretty much everything. I'm browsing from my phone. Sometimes the login page will time out and I have to reload go get it to work. It's not perfect but I can view my paystubs from home.
