If the kiosk phone is constantly in use like at my store, another option is to dial 701 on any store phone to call the CSC. Follow the prompts, and make sure you have a pen and paper handy to write down your temporary password. When you log in to eHR with the temporary password, you'll be prompted to set a new password.
If you're on a team that uses MyDevices (sales floor, etc.), it's especially important to make sure you know your password.
