How does the most recent 2020 interview process work for executive team leaders? What should I expect? Who do I interview with? How do I know I might be made an offer? Advise?

Welcome! It depends. Mostly with a recruiter. Then, you wait for an open position which takes while. No life with mid shifts. You might be working 50 hours plus weekly for business needs. No holidays off.

I’m internal so a bit different but I just recently went through them last month and after my DSD interview I found out the next day. Depends how many other applicants they have.
