this has to be sarcasm???? please tell me it is, i started at 12.50 and in one year im a PA at 13.50...we need to have a talk with your HR if this is true.

Nope, despite being the tm everyone relies on many of us make base pay after all these years due to not promoting.

Because of old pay caps, percentage based raises, and missing all the pay "bumps" by being a few cents over them, I make a disturbingly little amount compared to my team and peers, too.

Can tell you guys all first hand -- Ecolab chemicals are far superior and more $$$ than Johnson Diversey. Not sure why Target is willing to pay more though. I assume the service is probably more thorough.

Having used them EVERY DAY, I can tell you first hand that they're NOT.
They don't work any better than the JD products we used in FA/SB & - in many instances - don't do the job: pot/pan detergent, drain cleaner, stainless steel cleansor, degreaser. The sanitizer comes out looking cloudy grey, de-limer takes several passes to clean a dishwasher & yes, that's following their instructions.

What a shame. Ecolab Chemicals used to pride themselves in Quality and not too long ago, was considered the best you could buy. I'm assuming that's gone way downhill though since I was involved. I guess I also now understand the switch, as this swap probably costs less than JD did.

I actually get the opposite results. I think their chemicals are worlds better than JD.

I'm not sure what that's supposed to even mean. But not even my star team member who gets top review almost every year is making over base right now after 13+years.
Eek. I think the only reason I'm making TL base pay over instead of TM base pay after 12 years is because I use to be a specialist and got to keep my $1 increase. I also got some random 50¢ increase in the middle of the year a long time ago. Without those I would not but that much over base pay. I also probably wouldn't have came back after my maternity leave either.

"Closed mouths don't get fed" as if Target veteran team members can march in and demand higher pay and receive it. Nah, they'll just get their hours cut even more instead.
