Hopefully this thread isn't dead... last post more than 7 months ago...

Anyways, question on next day delivery.
myDay and MPM are both unclear and in disagreement about what the workload is. Those two rows (the two 10 pm) are the only two rows in myDay. There's nothing to scroll down to.

Where are the extra 300 units coming from?
And why do standard and NDD get batched together to pick? If there's enough for a full cart of NDD, why isn't the whole cart NDD?
Not sure if this is the case with your store, since we don't do NDD at mine, but for the past few months, we have had units essentially "stuck" in the system until the entire workload for that first bucket, so for you that being ship by 10pm. What I mean with this is in order for it to drop more carts, meaning most likely the rest of your 300 units, you need to pack the rest of ship by 10pm first.

Again, I could be totally wrong and it could be something totally different with you guys for NDD, but that has just been the case that I've noticed at my store.

I would like to know why it’s called “Flexible” Fullfillment. As far as I can tell there is nothing flexible about it. It’s do or die at my store.
Because you need to be flexible to climb the mountains of boxes and repacks and squeeze in between vehicles in order to pick the items for the guests
