To stop our resellers we have signs in areas of all reseller merchandise stating we have the right to limit since its collectible merch and we can't search for specific items since they come in a assortment boxes.
Also any Funko pops that are exclusive to us we have a good system down that everyone agrees with including surprisingly flow team since they stock it. All Funko pop exclusives are locked up and only 1 is put out every few hours to make it fair to all guests through the day

Damn I wish we did that. I can't go through a single toys/electronics shift without explaining to someone the whole assortment box thing.
We don't seem to get as many Funky Pop resellers though. Most of our resellers go for the amiibos, since Super Mario Classic sold for a huge amount of money on ebay at some point

At first we didn't put them by the Amiibos but our Nintendo rep asked us if we could do that for them and since then that sign has been there I think last count we have over a dozen signs in toys/electronics/entertainment

Check Instagram via #funkopop and you'll be able to find it once we found it the dpci was sent to all the flow team members that would handle it so they can keep a lookout and then notify a tl from there

I thought the same thing then i saw one today and checked the mydevice, doesn't say street date.
Worst that happens is that when you try to buy it the register is hard locked and won't actually ring it.. I say if you see it and want it, and are buying within the rules go for it.. I would scoop one up myself..
