I got 3%. I was essentially told since we’re a red store that we were capped at that, but not really sure if that’s true because in years past we were red and we were able to get higher.

Only frustrating thing is we are a red store and I asked for feedback and what I could do to improve during the review and was essentially told “nothing, your performance is great.” When I asked my peers, they said that they received no actual feedback either. Kind of hard to make that jump from being a red store when ETLs and SD can’t give us direction or areas to improve in because they don’t like uncomfortable conversation or they just don’t care.

Pretty sure mine will be lower this year; got put on corrective for insubordination 🙄
@redeye58 You’ve “forgotten” more than your current Leadership. That’s not cool. Hope things get better ❤️‍🩹. Appreciate you 🙏🏾. Wish reviews and raises were based on knowledge and years with the company. People been with 🎯 for years and getting a “Nickel” for their blood 🩸 sweat 😥 and tears 😭. 💩💩💩🤬🤬🤬

Anyone know what the max raise for TL is? I got the fall performance bonus but my raise was a lot less then what I was expecting

I also got 3% and no real feedback either. So, it’s hard to know what would constitute a 4%+ review.
Two of my peers also go 3% this year.
