Well after eight years and roughly six months, I am finally able to put in my two weeks notice. I was hired at a Lowe's Home Improvement near me. The last six months at my store have been the worst I've gone through in my time at Target. Multiple team leaders and team members who have been there long term have been termed or forced to resign. My own (former) Team Leader was just about to be put on a final warning before she just walked out. I'm glad she is better of now as am I. This company has lost it way. From the security breach to the Canada failure to the restructuring announcement made today. I've been on the forum for many years and I wish all of you well.
