Archived "Guests" opening masterlocks and locking them around stuff

New "prank" that has been hitting stores in our area. People(Well...kids mostly)...open up a padlock, lock it around random pegs or security cord or anywhere else where it could be annoying, and then throw away the key. Or just walk out with the piece of paper with the combination

I guess it's better than spraying WD-40 on the floors or on product. Or playing with shaving cream.
