Pull reports (AAR/Guest survey) and let your team know of results/post results (at electronics specifically).
If you set your own sales planners, try to delegate and teach your team how to set if possible.
Provide clear, specific feedback to your TMs (this is especially important in electronics!!)
Pick a day on vibe walk weeks to complete your vibe walk (or its tough to get done!)
Walk your areas everyday, pick out a few major things to focus on (now that it's Q3 try to focus on the process priorities-Instocks and vibe are of particular importance to you).
Minimize clearance coming out of back room by pulling back room item detail report and flexing d-code when you can.
