Archived Health Well-Being Rewards for 2015

Assuming this year is the same as 2014, when will the health well-being rewards become available to earn? I have the HSA option for medical coverage, and me and my fiance would like to complete our health rewards as soon as possible. Would love to see that $1000 added to my account!
