I have noticed that there is a significant difference in both processes and terminology up here in Canada and I am hoping to provide some assistance to my fellow team members. All of the people who came up to provide support were amazing but even the most experienced people were often stumped by certain things. Since I thoughtfully made every single mistake possible ( :wacko🙂 I have some helpful tips and I hope to pick up a few pointers from all of you as well!!!
