So I'm going to change my availability soon, but how do I do so? I know I go into mytime self service and press "request availability change" but do you check off the days you can OR can't work?
When you request an availability change, a week-long grid will pop up & you enter the times of each day of the week for which you can work.
Ex: Sunday - 12pm-8pm, Monday - 3pm-11pm, Tuesday - unavailable, etc.
Who can approve availability changes? Just ETL and ETLHR right? Mine was approved and my ETL claims he didn't do it and I can't imagine HR would just accept it herself....or maybe she would....
