Hi all! I've been with Target for almost 3 months, and i've been lurking here for about 4 months. I figured i might as well say something instead of just being a creeper! I'm an ETL-AP finally leaving my training store and reporting to my store this week (they hired me without an open position and one JUST opened up). Any tips are much appreciated!
