Think it up to stores. My store is offering .50 cents while another store in our district higher volume is doing a dollar and the low volume c store isn't offering it
Show me the money!
Hmmm... My store has it at $1 extra. I'm scheduled 40 with no leeway when I punch in early. Looks like free money for me plus overtime.
This is not store by store. Everyone will get the extra $1 per hour on the 19 and 2o. Right off workbench in weekly news
They are trusting you to make sure that you are working exactly 40 hours that week. If you clock in early, then you are responsible for cutting that time elsewhere.I was scheduled for 40 hours last week and I (as I usually do) clocked in 5 min early each day. Saturday night, my LOD told me to leave early cuz I had overtime and that's a no-no at our store.
Um, *I was scheduled for 40 hours* and we're allowed to clock in early (and I get to work 10+ minutes early 90+ percent of the time), of course I'm gonna have overtime unless someone tells me I'm not allowed to clock in early (No TL has ever done this). Schedule me for 39 hours, problem solved.
That's not really much of an incentive. But I would've been scheduled on those days anyway so I'll take it.This is not store by store. Everyone will get the extra $1 per hour on the 19 and 2o. Right off workbench in weekly news

Our GSTL will chill by the time clock until it's exactly time to clock in, and some TMs will take longer lunches. I prefer to cut it all at the end of the week and just go home half an hour early on Saturday (though that is frowned upon during Q4).
