Archived Hours question

So I know around the actual holidays and things hours are going to be all over the place but in some schedules beginning of Dec they have me going over my end time availability alot.. It's not by a whole lot (hour hour and a half) so I'm not sure if I should say something.

I've noticed alot of people are having that issue so why do we fill out an availability form With times if its never really followed?

Not sure what to do really.

I'd guess I'm just worried since I'm new that it will look bad if I bring it up. Why do we fill out availability sheets If they don't even follow them?

Sometimes its how you bring it up and your tone that makes a huge difference. Just word it as you are asking a question and not attacking. Just tell them you are unsure about your schedule since you were scheduled past your availability.
