I’ve been shown only once how to do this and I’m not comfortable doing this. My TL said she would show me but always puts it off.

How do you know if the pog is supposed to be set in standard or reverse? Is softlines different from hardlines?
1. Tie the POG using whatever program they have now.
2. Create the batch.
3. Walk away and go back to trying to catch up on truck push.
You have completed all the tasks necessary for the metrics to show the POG has been set.
I did that exactly today with a whole revision for produce aisle1. Tie the POG using whatever program they have now.

Infant gondolas are the exception. They can be reverse.Left is standard. Right is reverse. Back walls can be either depending on the adjacency. Everything else is standard.
I believe softlines is always standard.
Note: cosmetics is always standard, even in a reverse aisle.
Is no one at your store available to help?
