Is there somewhere I could ask an HR related question on here in a private message, because there’s no way for me to ask my question without IDing my store because the situation is so unique

Document all events. Talk to your etl hr or sd.

If you are getting retaliation because you won't sleep with your TL or Steal for them, call the hot line.

Anything else- Talk to HR and document any evidence. Feel like HR isn't taking you seriously, talk to your SD. If that doesn't work then go to your HRBP as a last resort.
