Archived I’ve been gone from target for 6 months love it

won’t state the reasons why but it’s a good feeling not to work at target anymore less stress and I don’t have to work on thanksgiving or Black Friday lol I’ve learned a lot from target but sometimes it’s best to move on I’ve made some good friends at target as well as fremines it’s all good because at the end of the day I’m happy where I am at

Its so weird that people leave spot , but they stay on here and post BS like OP. Do you think target or the TM’s or this forum misses you? Why dont you just delete your account? I don't mind the people who left and moved on to bettee things. Some of our best posters are former tms but sometimes certain ex teambers come off incredibly condescending so I get what @Planosss is saying

I have friends here.
People who I came to know while I was working at Spot and coming here, much the same way as I made friends with people at the store I worked at.
I also volunteered to help keep this place ship-shape and when I accept a responsibility I stick to it.

I've found that I can offer assistance when it comes to matters concerning my specialty of disability and the ADA which is also nice.

We offer a safe place that people can hang out and do, whatever.
It doesn't have to be job oriented.
We even appear to have a thread where people discuss bodily functions, so there's that.

@Planosss also you, I and from the other posts I've read we've come to know it's the PEOPLE we work with that makes this job bearable. Not all the people we work with. (I can certainly do without some). But people nonetheless. If it were only me and this work alone, I would have quit Spot YEARS ago.
