Interview guides are all on Workday now. Hopefully the future for Target is better than the Phase 2 rollout.

My ETL-HR encouraged us that once we start documenting interviews on Workday, we should just use our phone in the interview to do it as we go. To me that would look SUPER shady AF, for my interviewer to be doing something on their phone the whole time.

It seems like some of the checkout advocates only cashier and don't have to learn guest services, maybe they strongly prefer cashiering

Those are the slow ones that the SETLs have deemed not to be trusted behind the desk.
