Not for my team. They will continue their 8h shift

I wish mine were 8 hours. I'm always scheduled for 4 but for the past 3 weeks I've usually ended up working 5-7 hour per shift

At my store no one allowed work past their schedule. LOD will send any team members home as soon as they find out team members still on clock past their schedule.

Depends on the persons skill. We have some that move to sfs, some that move to transition, and some that go home at 4 hours.
