Archived Increase of needing a receipt for returns

Finally. I've noticed the amount of returns that I need to deny have gone drastically done as well.

Yep....but it was weird. One TM started the return, got the "exchange only" screen. The guests come back with a ton of items (not necessarily in the same department as the return) and now I'm the one processing the return. Use their ID and instead of "exchange only", I get the "no receipt, return denied" screen. They were not happy. And I was wondering how the other TM got a different return privilege screen than I did.

Regardless, they were super sketchy so I was glad they were shut down.

Target computer system has finally started to grow an independent brain for fraud returns or its losing its mind by not remembering without a receipt.

Once they hit their no receipt limit using their I.D. I've noticed the system denying the return and not allowing them to exchange.
