DC to Store simply means that it is either on a truck to your store or being loaded onto a truck that will be heading to your store... to DC means that it is getting shipped to the DC from the manufacturer but won't necessarily get sent to your store if other stores are out and have a higher priority than yours...
If it's currently on a truck from the DC to the store, it's On the Way.
If it's on the way to the DC and currently allocated to your store, it's On Order.
