Counts will not change if there is anything backstocked. That's one of the many filters in place to prevent mistakes. You would have to unlocate the product in the BR, wait 20 minutes, scan in stand alone research putting in 4, wait another 20 minutes, then relocate those 2 in the back. Sometimes it still doesent work and you have to try again the next day. Sometimes it's easier to send in a store count change request through MySupport. This sends a task to Price Change for them to count the items in all locations.

Exactly.. This one is small enough in counts and dollar amounts that the work isn't worth the fix. After a CAF round or two it should correct itself. Or keep the DCPI for your next research day and update it then.
