Archived interview process for etl; shadowing

Hey everyone, had a phone interview with hr, then an in person with a stl. Now I am scheduled for a "quick" shadow with another stl. Based off of what i've read on here and glassdoor about the process, is this normal? or is it considered the second in person interview? Not sure what to expect.

some a good while back, but came from doing operations management. does everyone usually do a shadow?

Being a shadow isn't typical unless you're an intern. The shadowing would be on the job training after you're accepted. Typically you'll have the standard sit down or over the phone interview. It'll be very...robotically orchastrated
