Today I accidentally voided a guest's items when trying to void just one item. I had to scan each item again. Luckily he was patient with me. Is there anyway to get them back or is it just a one time thing?
You hit K1 "Void Everything" instead of K3 "Void Line"? Yeah, unfortunately, if you press that button the only option is to re-ring. If you get an impatient guest things could escalate.
